Copper nickel or cupronickel is an alloy of copper that has nickel alloy which strengthens these modules. A Copper Nickel Plate shows excellent resistance against marine and biofouling corrosion. These plates have good resistance against oxidation and stress corrosion cracking. The Cupro Nickel Plate possesses moderate strength in high-temperature systems.
