Pressure vessel steel is a component that is designed to hold fluids and gases in the system. Pressure Vessel Steel Plate is a high-strength module that is processes and holds pressurized components. The pressurized vessel grade is produced by making use of carbon, stainless, and alloy steel grades. The pressure vessel plates are devised in different grades, with each grade having its unique chemical composition and tolerance across a wide spectrum of stress-induced setups.
Our esteemed workers ensure that the PVQ plate is subjected to rigorous screening and processing to ensure that the plates are highly durable and reliable as they carry volatile and toxic loads in the system. The Pressure Vessel Quality Steel Plate is designed in thickness above 6mm and provides stability and support to different applications. These plates have enhanced strength, notch toughness, and ductility in the system.
The Pressure Vessel Plate Material is produced and processed with the best raw materials and latest technology. The material has excellent yield and tensile strengths, allowing them to withstand extreme stress. The high-strength material doesn’t distort or dissociate under any pressure making them a vital component in building pressure vessel grades. A Pressure Vessel End Plate plays a crucial role in determining the load-bearing capacity of the plate. The thickness of the plate is calculated by taking the ratio between the mean radiuses of the vessel to that of its thickness.
A versatile Pvq Steel Plate is commonly seen in storage tanks for crude oil, natural gas, firewater, diesel storage chemical and liquid storage, and so on. The plates can be customized in a wide range of shapes and sizes to meet different product requirements. If you have any queries or want to know more about these products and their pricing, contact us or visit any of our outlets for more information.
cut to size To save money, we offer pressure vessel plates in a variety of shapes, thicknesses, and lengths to meet the needs of our customers.

Pressure vessel plates are rolled following two processes, i.e hot, and cold rolling. In the hot-rolling procedure, the Pressure Vessel Plate Rolling the vessels are heated at high temperatures above the recrystallization value.
The subsequent products from this plates can be easily shaped. In the cold rolling procedure, the metal is rolled at room temperature. During this process, the properties of the module, are enhanced to give it good strength, surface finish, or resistance.
There are many different types of rolling processes, including:
- Controlled rolling
- Roll forming
- Ring rolling
- Profile rolling
- Roll bending
Dimensional Rolling Capacities
- Maximum Thickness: cold rolled 8” (203.20 mm), hot rolled 12” (304.80 mm)
- Minimum Diameter: 16” (406 mm) I.D.
- Maximum Length: 144” (3,658 mm)
