Sanicro 28 steel grades are high-alloy steel grades. These grades possess superior mechanical properties with a tensile strength between 500mpa to 750mpa and a minimum yield strength of 220mpa. They can be easily elongated by 35% while exhibiting a hardness of 230 Brinell.
The grade also shows good physical properties with a density of 8 g/cm3 with a specific heat capacity of 460 J/(kg °C) at 20 degrees C. Apart from this, these modules have a modulus of elasticity of 195mpa and can be welded easily in the system.
